This all-natural gemstone measures 5.5 mm in diameter, and is very clean with VSI clarity. Gem weight is 95 points; just under 1 carat. Zircon is a genuine, mined-from-the-earth gemstone, comprised of zirconium silicate. It looks very much like a diamond, and has been historically used as a natural replacement for diamond. Zircon is actually the oldest known mineral on Earth, formed as the molten planet cooled!
