We try to ship all trade silver and in-stock orders within 10 business days from receipt. Beads are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you by mail. Custom-made items take longer. We routinely ship most custom orders within 4 - 6 weeks of order receipt. On rare occasions, a large backlog of special orders may create a longer delay. Again, if any delay is anticipated, we will notify you. If such a delay is unacceptable, you may cancel your order and request a full refund if you notify us within 5 days.
Most orders over $20 are shipped via insured Priority Mail. Please be sure to add correct shipping costs and applicable sales tax to your payment.
ordering & payment methods Payment may be made by
check or money order; for your safety, please do not mail cash. If
you wish to order online and pay via credit card, please use our
shopping cart system. Most items are labelled with cart tags for this
feature. Simply click on the 
button next to or below the item you wish to purchase. (If you're
interested in an item that does not carry such a tag, please contact
us via email and we'll
work out the details with you.) With this system, when you check out
you will be able to enter your credit card information directly into
the Paypal system secure servers.
While we're tried to minimize any errors, it's possible that the
shopping cart may list an erroneous price or description. In the
event of a price or description discrepancy between the shopping cart
and the web page, prices and descriptions on the website are to be
considered correct.

information & returns For information or questions regarding special orders, please email us. Special orders are non-returnable for any reasons other than defects in workmanship or materials. Beads are not returnable once opened. Please write/call ahead for authorization on returns. No returns after 14 days. No returns without prior authorization. A restocking charge may apply if no error has been made on our part. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
wholesale prices We are often asked if we offer a quantity discount on silver, or if we have a special wholesale price list. We keep our prices very low for everyone, and do not offer any special discounts. All of our silver is priced at wholesale prices.

Rock Farm is located south of Lake Erie, and west of the old Presque
Isle portage in what is now known as Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Barking Rock is a small, family-owned farm of the type once common on
the Eastern frontier of the 18th and 19th centuries.
